Question: I’m too excited to see our photos! When can I expect them?

Answer: Trust me, I am just as excited to get working on your photos! You can expect your sneak-peek via social media within 1-3 days! Typical turn around for entire portrait session is approximately 2-3 weeks (depending on workload at the time). Weddings and larger events will take approximately 6-8 weeks for completion. Can't rush perfection! ;)

Question: Oops! I waited too long to schedule our session, do you offer a “rush” service?

Answer: No worries! If there is a specific deadline that you need to meet, feel free to communicate that to me and we can see what we can do! Typical “rush” service for a portrait session is $75.00, and we will work double time to get you your photos by your deadline or within 48-72 hours.

Question: What is a lifestyle session?

Answer: Any type of session can be lifestyle, it’s about photographing the couple, family, or individual doing what they love to do! Some examples could be at home, favorite coffee/cupcake/frozen yogurt shop and get captured doing what you normally love to do! The point is to capture who you are!

Question: What is an online gallery?

Answer: The best of the best images from your session are selected and placed into a personalized online gallery where you may view, download, share and order prints/canvases and many other custom products. You may also share this link with family and friends who are also eager to see your precious memories!

Question: I love your work! Please tell me, do you travel?

Answer: Absolutely! We love to travel and meet new friends!

Question: Do you offer any coupons?

Answer: YES! We proudly support law enforcement, military, and fire. We offer a loyalty incentive to law enforcement (with valid ID), Fire (with valid ID), and our return clients year round! In addition to this, we have year round specials advertised via our social media, and e-mail subscribers! Follow us to keep up to date with this! 

Question: We LOVE our photos! Now what? Can you assist us with prints/albums/canvases?

Answer: YES! We pride ourselves in being a full service studio, and give you complete access to a wide range professional grade products. We are your one stop shop, and can assist you from start to finish with all your photography needs from tips for your session... all the way to selecting your items to display in your home! We even provide a complimentary order session to assist you in preserving these precious memories, and making your art visions come true.

* Please note: Divine Light Studio's practices ensure fair and equal treatment for all clients, and therefore are to be upheld and applicable to all.

Turn around time-

Sneak peeks occur 1-3 days after your session via social media. Portrait sessions have a turn-around of 2-3 weeks (larger portrait sessions could result in longer processing time). Weddings, Quinceaneras and other large events have a turn-around of 6-8 weeks. ALL sessions and events are to be processed in chronological order. "Rush processing" is available and is to be billed separately.
Please allow 48 hours for all correspondence.


Booking fee’s are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be considered as liquidated damages to the photographers. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the portrait session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. All portrait sessions must be paid in full by appointment date. All weddings and events in this likeness are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date; and/or as indicated on the contract. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Additional processing fee for credit card transactions may apply. In the event Studio Policies are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 


Divine Light Studios remain copyright holder of all work. Permission for prints and enlargements for personal use only may be permitted on a case by case basis. All pictures/video remain the property of Divine Light Studios for the use of advertising and other purposes as appropriate.

Posting pictures online via all channels including but not limited to social media is allowed, but MUST include the company name and link to Divine Light Studios website or social media link. Filters and additional edits are strictly prohibited, unless authorized or completed by Divine Light Studios to ensure proper demonstration of artistic style and product. Divine Light Studios and their legal representation take all violations of copyright law serious, and will take all steps necessary to ensure all rights are upheld to State and Federal law. 


The Clients and the Photographer consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. Photographer is not responsible for existing backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photography coverage.

Artistic Rights-

Editing and style of images is at the sole discretion of the photographer.

Industry standard is to provide only edited jpeg images which represent the best work to client.  Photographer will not release any unedited or "RAW" files. Photographer will make every reasonable effort to correct exposure, color, tone, contrast, sharpness, and cropping of all delivered images to the liking of Client. Advanced editing and requests which may include the removal or additional of people or objects, enhancements or de-emphasis of physical characteristics, etc. can be requested on a case by case basis. Photographer reserves the right to edit based on their specific style, which includes color corrections and enhancements.

Sales Conditions:

Client acknowledges and understands that all sales of printed product are final. Client acknowledges that all sales are final. No discounts, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or alterations of orders can be made once payment has been exchanged. Additions to order is subject to the decision of the Studio.
